Following are instruction on how to use the Lagmaster Plus to hang Jack Chain as well as Ceiling Wire:
Using the Lagmaster Plus to hang Jack Chain:
The Lagmaster Plus can be used to hang jack chain safely from the floor. You’ll need eye lag screws, an S Hook and jack chain cut to the required length.
- First of, lengthen your pole for your particular ceiling.
- Use plyers to assemble the S Hook to the I-Lag screw and the jack chain.
- The Lagmaster Plus has a slot where the jack chain goes into so it doesn’t whip around and cause possible damage when the pole is rotating.
- Insert our proprietary Eye Lag Screw (the I-Lag) into the head of the Lagmaster Pole.
- Insert your drill at the bottom of the Lagmaster Pole.
- Now position the screw onto the ceiling – be it a wood beam or metal.
- Screw it in slowly to prevent the chain from whipping.
- …. then lower the pole.

Using the Lagmaster Plus to hang Ceiling Wire:
The Lagmaster Plus can be used to hang ceiling wire safely from the floor.
- You’ll need eye lag screws, ceiling wire cut to the required length and the Lagmaster Plus pole.
- Take up to 10 ceiling wires and bend them over at about a 90 degree angle – insert them into the slot of the pole.
- Take an Eye Lag Screw and push it into the head of the Lagmaster pole.
- Take one of the ceiling wires, thread it through the eye of the screw and bend it down on the other side of the pole.
- Now position the screw onto the ceiling – be it a wood beam or metal.
- Once the eye lag screw has been screwed in completely, pull the pole down so it doesn’t have the screw in it’s head any longer but still both sides of the ceiling wire. Turn the pole again while lower it slowly and the wire will twist around itself securing it to the eye lag screw.
